Yeah, the #BeatCoachRio video that featured running advocate
Coach Rio sprinting against a plane. Hundred of runners, intrigued by the clip,
went to the Terra 28th Park in Bonifacio Global City last June 5 to
run a virtual race against Coach Rio.
They all attempted to beat Coach Rio’s recorded time of 2.3
seconds for a 20-meter dash. Participants with the best finishing time earned
the chance to run in an actual 20-meter race against Safeguard Active’s running
ambassador.
With the support of Safeguard Active Body Wash 12 Hour Odor
Protection, Coach Rio hopes to encourage more Filipinos to start a more active
and healthy lifestyle.
Coach Rio believes in the gift of running – because he finds
fulfillment when he runs, because he finds even more fulfillment when more
runners are inspired by his advocacy, because running improves lives and
challenges Filipinos to Exceed Athletic Limitations.
