It's the yearly tradition. Right after the US NCAA championship game, CBS airs the ONE SHINING MOMENT montage. It's sacred. It's like the singing of the Alma Mater song right after UAAP games. It needs to happen. And fans wait for it. It's a beloved part of March Madness. MH
