Books: "Into My Own" by the great baseball writer Roger Kahn.

I'm on page 35 of "Into My Own" by Roger Kahn. Kahn is widely considered the best baseball writer ever. Why? Primarily because he wrote "The Boys of Summer" - widely considered the best baseball book ever.

Here's more on "The Boys of Summer" from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Boys-Summer-Roger-Kahn/dp/0060914165.

Kahn, a sportswriter, starts his memoir with a line from Robert Frost:

They would not find me changed from him they knew - Only more sure of all I thought was true. - "Into my Own," Robert Frost

Because, Kahn is not just an excellent sportswriter. He's an excellent writer. Period. MH
