Coach Erik Spoelstra watched Game 5 of the PBA Finals between BMEG and ROS at the Big Dome last night. He was seated near the half court line. So he had a very good view of Beau Belga's brick-wall-linebacker-style tackle on Marqus Blakely during the third quarter. Beau was ejected. Blakely felt his ribs jiggle.
After the game, Coach Spo visited the BMEG dugout to congratulate the Llamados for extending the series. Sana Coach Spo also visited the ROS dugout to personally deliver the news we've all been waiting for:
"Hi Beau. I'm Coach Spo. I'm bringing you to South Beach to finally become the first PBA player in history to play in the....NFL."
