When I saw these recent photos on GQ, I pondered: does the PBA need a dress code when players go to the games? I'm not saying it should be a strict suit-and-tie dress code. But maybe it should be the sort of dress code which will encourage players to dress like the handsomely paid, highly-skilled professional athletes that they are. The team shirt + jeans combo is okay. But perhaps it wouldn't hurt for players to strive for better.

Besides, I know our players. They're stylish. They know the rules. They have the gear. Let them have fun with this. Kaya din I miss the old AKTV Center. Appearing on the old AKTV Center gave players the green light to suit up. I remember Chris Ross's salmon pants. I remember Beau Belga in a suit. Beau Belga in a suit! They're the best professional athletes in the country. Therefore, they deserve to be the most stylish professional athletes in the country as well.
